As a systems architect and head of technology, Vytautas led the tech support and maintenance division of Lithuania's Identity Documents Personalization Centre under the Ministry of Interior. As a chief information security o-ficer (CISO/CISM), Vytautas was responsible for information security management, implementation, and maintenance of ISO27001 and ISO9001 certificate requirements. In addition, Vytautas is a Certified Blockchain Solutions Architect.

Ex vice-dean at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Vilnius University, with hands on experience with cross-governmental organizations. Linas is a Certified Blockchain Solutions Expert with experience in developing Blockchain, DLT and AI technology-driven solutions at a protocol level.

15+ years experience in central banking payments infrastructure, supervision, and financial innovations. Former board member at Bank of Lithuania, BIS Innovations network CBDC working group chair and member of the ECB digital Euro High Level Task Force. Marius also worked at the Norges Bank (Central bank of Norway) and Bank of England.

4+ years in blockchain development and research. Certified blockchain expert leads the creation of Layer 1 and 2 solutions, notably electronic currency AMMs within the DeFi framework. His research and development insights covers complex cryptographic protocols, secure key management, and creating robust security systems.

Blockchain solution architect with experience in regulatory-compliant systems, specializing in building second layer solutions on non-EVM blockchains. Proficient in backend API design and development using Node.js-based frameworks, as well as database design and implementation. Research work includes the development of a Decentralized Financial Instruments Management System based on Blockchain Technology.
